1. Who we are...
We are BLOOM & GRACE PERFUMERY, a perfume reseller in South Africa. By ordering from our website, you agree to these terms as well as any rights you have under South African consumer law.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in ZAR (South African Rand), inclusive of VAT (as shown).

Shipping and handling charges (if any) are added at checkout.

Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order.
3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your perfumes within 1 to 14 calendar days, depending on your location, stock availability, and courier performance.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee: delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, public holidays, or force majeure.

Once delivery is made to the address you provided, the risk passes to you.
4. Inspection & Defects

Upon receipt, you should inspect your order immediately.

If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 3 business days and provide photographic proof.
5. Right to Cancel / Returns

For purchases made online, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) gives you a cooling‑off period to cancel your order in certain circumstances (for example, incorrect goods delivered).

You may return items within 7 business days (from delivery) if you change your mind — but shipping costs to return goods are for your account (unless due to our error).

Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in original condition/packaging unless defective.
6. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect a returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will issue the refund, replacement or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days (from receipt of the returned goods) using the same payment method you used.

Original shipping costs are only refundable if the return is due to our fault (wrong item, damage, defect).
7. Cancellation by You / by Us

You may cancel your order before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If we cancel (e.g. stock unavailable), you’ll receive a full refund including any delivery charges.
8. Liability & Limits

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These limits do not affect non‑waivable statutory rights under the CPA.
9. Your Consumer Rights (CPA & ECTA)

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The version in effect at the time of your order applies. We will notify you of major changes.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
